nettle* infused distilled water, grass fed beef tallow*, coconut oil*, rosemary infused olive oil*, castor oil*, sodium hydroxide, tea tree, grapefruit, and rosemary essential oils*

Wet both the shampoo bar and your hair. Lather the bar gently in your hands and apply lather to scalp. Massage in gently, concentrating on working lather into the roots of your hair. The shampoo will become foamy, but maybe not as much as a liquid shampoo or bar that contains sulphates.  If you feel like you need more lather, add a bit more from the shampoo bar and add more water. Rinse your hair thoroughly.
